Mar 9, 2010 - Not.. technically. There is two kinds of rhymes. The way that rhymes based on the way it's pronounced soully, and the way it rhymes based on spelling and pronounciaton. When it comes to rhyming dictionaries, or poetry, rhyming soully on pronouciation is not generally excepted, so circle would be discounted.
